My psychotherapy practice specializes in treating individuals, couples and families, and through years of experience, I’m confident that no problem is too great to overcome. My life coaching practice focuses on helping you move forward and set personal and professional goals that will give you the life you really want. Most of my clients are healthy, successful people who might be a bit stuck or simply want to make a big change in their lives and want my coaching support to do so.

Retreating with me is about giving yourself permission to set aside time and space to unplug from the busyness of life to regroup, relax, and recharge.
